Elder Horace W. Pritchett, Jr. is the only son of Horace W., Sr. and Muriel (Wheeler) Pritchett.  He is a native of Clayton, NJ.  At the age of 18, he went to work for Atlantic Electric.  He was reared in the Methodist Church where he accepted the call to the gospel ministry.  The ministry of the late Elder Henry Lester had great impact on his life.  During the great revival at the “hall” (Masonic Center) on Academy Street in Glassboro, NJ, he witnessed the power of God in operation.  Feeling a deeper call to holiness, Elder Pritchett co-founded the St. John Pentecostal Church in Camden, NJ in 1983.  He attended Jamison Bible and Manna Bible Institutes in Philadelphia, PA.  He was introduced to the Christian Outreach.  His mission work to Haiti would last for more than 11 years.

Elder Pritchett was ordained an elder in the Grand Old Church of God in Christ in 1988.  In 2000, he traveled completely around the world witnessing the awesome move of the Holy Ghost in London, India and China.  Elder Pritchett has always desired to be of assistance to his fellow laborers in the gospel.  In 2001, the Faith Tabernacle Community Church of God in Christ, Inc. in Clayton, NJ was birthed in his spirit.  God continues to prove himself; souls are being saved, healed, delivered and set free by the power of the Holy Ghost.

Elder Pritchett is married to Rene (Hagamin) Pritchett and is the proud father of Brennen and Kelley.
